Shipping & Returns

DEEP SILVER ACCESSORY provide services to you subject to the following conditions.
If you shop at DEEP SILVER ACCESSORY, you accept these conditions Please read them carefully.

Customs, duties and import licences/permits .
Please note that customs policies vary from country to country. You may be subjected to import duties and taxes. Customers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes from their own countries.
Each country has its own customs clearance processes. Should your country's Customs Department choose to inspect your package(s), there may be a delay in delivery.
Certain countries have import restrictions and require permits or licences to receive goods from overseas. We advise you to learn your country's regulations prior to ordering from DEEP SILVER ACCESSORY, . We are NOT responsible for any confiscated, refused or rejected parcels outside of Japan.
Please note that we do not have certificate of origin* available for our products (most retailers don't). We do not have ingredients translated into other languages and all orders are marked as "gift" only. This will save you a lot of paper work and headache when clearing through customs.
There will be no refund on shipping costs if your parcel is rejected, returned by customs or because of a failed delivery attempt. There will be no refund if products are returned in damaged condition not caused by the original delivery or if the order is confiscated by customs/other authorities in your country. Please know the rules and regulations of your country before you order.

By placing an order with DEEP SILVER ACCESSORY you are signifying your acceptance and agreement to be bound by the stipulations set forth on our website.

Lost Parcel Claims .
We will refund your order in full (including shipping charges you paid) if the parcel is proved to be lost. If we have delivery confirmation showing that the parcel has been successfully delivered, we will not issue any refunds. For this reason, we strongly advise our customers to use their home addresses for delivery.
For customers living in an apartment building, please make sure you have given us your suite/unit number. We are not responsible for parcels that are delivered successfully but not received by the intended customers if the correct unit numbers of the apartment building are not provided.

Unclaimed, Refused Parcels and Wrong Addresses .
Please make sure that you have given us the correct shipping address.
DEEP SILVER ACCESSORY is not responsible for lost or misdirected orders due to incorrect addresses provided by customers, or refused/unclaimed parcels.

Should a parcel (including parcels with free shipping) return to DEEP SILVER ACCESSORY due to an inaccurate shipping address, DEEP SILVER ACCESSORY will re-send the shipment to the correct address at the customer's expense.
DEEP SILVER ACCESSORY will contact the customer prior to re-sending the shipment to confirm the address and will not send the order until the shipping charges are fully paid.
Unclaimed parcels are not refundable if customers do not accept the parcels or pick up the parcels at their local post office when a notice is left for pick up. We will not issue any refund for unclaimed parcels.

For customers using a work address, please make sure that the address is deliverable. Many retail stores and complexes do not accept mail. If you provide a shipping address that is not deliverable, we will email you immediately. If we do not hear from you, we will automatically ship your order to your billing address.

Returns, Exchange and Refund Policies .
  • Please email contact us to obtain return instructions.
  • All return or exchange is subject to approval.
  • All return or exchange should request within 7 days of delivery of a shipment.
  • Shipping, handling, and transaction fees are not refundable except if the return / exchange is a result of our error.
  • We do not accept returns of:
    - Any item that does not have an seal slicker.
    - Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
  • Please do not send us items that do not meet the conditions listed above, as we do not issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you.
    We cannot accept returns of opened items or items returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Defective Item .
  • Please email contact us to obtain return instructions.
  • We will send replacement, exchange or refund all defective items at no cost to buyer.
  • We will inspect items that are claimed as defective. If item is not defective after testing, buyer will pay for shipping for re-send, or Shipping, handling, and transaction fees are not refundable for refund.
  • We will notify customer via e-mail of refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Customer can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 5 to 7 business days of our receiving return package.
  • Please package the return item carefully as we are not responsible for any damage that may occur when you ship it back.

    We cannot accept defective items returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Shipping Courier.
We ship a packages using any of the major shipping companies.
We will however ship using any other of the couriers listed in the above paragraph at any given time. Shipping costs may vary from each different shipping courier and if you are wanting to use a specific courier service, you will be able to choose it while during the ordering process,
If you are wanting to use a specific courier service other then the ones available, please note this in the comments box while during the ordering process, also note that if shipping costs are more than our listed shipping rate on the courier of your choice. We will then adjust your order to reflect any changes in the shipping costs.

By Choosing YAMATO TRANSPORT (Domestic)You will be able to select the time period in which you would like the package to be delivered at No extra charge. Should the receiver not be at home, upon request from the receiver, the package can be redelivered.

Shipping Charges .
Shipping rates in our Database are based on Flate Rates from the above Shipping Courier - Ground Shipping within / from Japan.
All shipping charges are calculated during the checkout process (Except in the case of customers changing couriers).

COD (Cash On Delivery) Charges .
  • COD service handled by Yamato Collect.
    During the checkout process, you will be able to select your payment method.
    Note that when choosing COD as your preffred payment method, you will be charged an extra COD handling fees.
    Fees are collected by the driver upon delivering.
    Fees are fixed and tax included.

Stock and Back order .
To understand how we handle stock, back order and shipment, we use this example.

In a case where a member order items "A","B" and "C" , while items "A" and "B" are available in stock, item "C" is currently out of stock and member has been informed via email.
  • Item "C" will be restock in less then 14 days.
    In a case where Item "C" will be restock in less then 14 days.
    We will ship items "A","B" and "C" together when item "C" is available.
    All orders over ¥10,000 receive FREE shipping within Japan.
  • Item "C" will be restock in less then 14 days, but a member request items "A","B" first.
    In a case where Item "C" will be restock in less then 14 days but, member ask for items "A","B" to be shipped first.
    We will ship items "A","B" as requested.
    If a member is qualified for free shipping, a member will only be charged shipping fee when item "C" is ready to be shipped.(unless item "C" amount is qualified for free shipping)
  • Item "C" require more then 14 days to restock.
    In a case where Item "C" require more then 14 days to be restock
    We will notify member and ship items "A","B" first
    When item "C" is ready to be shipped, DEEP SILVER ACCESSORY will cover the shipping cost for that item.

When item is out of stock.
DEEP SILVER ACCESSORY is a Retailer store, our online store is a sub for our main store and our POS register is connected directly into it.
We at DEEP SILVER ACCESSORY are working hard and doing our best in order to update our online/offline stock however there are cases where items are only available at our store, or its available online while sold at the same time.
To avoid misunderstanding, this is how we deal with the issue.
  • We Offer to email customers when the item is in stock .
    While at the product informaion page, a Product Notifications box appear at the right column, offering our member's to add the item to their Product Notifications list
    When the item is in stock, we will then notify(via mail) all our member's whom the product is in their Product Notifications list.
  • We try to offer alternative, similar items .
    Sometime members will be happy with alternative, similar items.
    We will refer, advice and try our best to assist our member's to find similar items that might be available at our retailer store only.
  • We try to Not display unavailable items in the first place .
    In most cases we will not display unavailable items however, there are cases where items displayed and are available to be ordered or custom made.
    In some cases where items are partly in stock, (size, color, other options..) items may still be dispalyed while showing a stock warning at the product infomation page or/and while adding the item to your shopping cart.

Shipping Delays .
We can not account for shipping delays caused by Holiday Seasons, Winter Delays, Traffic Accidents, Natural Disaters or any courier mishaps. We can only go by the information the courier has given us at the time of your order.
Please allow an extra 1-2 days for delivery due to Holiday Seasons, Winter Delays this is just a precaution given by all couriers.

Wrong item or quantity shipped .
If we make an error with your order, please notify us right away (within 7 days of receiving your shipment). We will remedy the mistake with the correct product. In the rare circumstance where the product is no longer available, we will help you select an alternative or credit your account.
